Moroccan Mint Tea



Ingredients

2 tblsps of Black Tea
Several sprigs of Mint

Sugar, to taste

Procedure

Fill a tea pot with hot water to warm it up and set aside. Bring fresh water to a boil. Empty out tea pot of hot water and put in black tea, filling it up with boiling hot water. Add sugar (if desired). Put a tea cozy on tea pot or towel, and leave it set for about 2-3 minutes for weaker tea.

To Serve


Meanwhile, add a sprig of mint in glass tea mug. Fill tea mug with hot sweetened tea and serve.


Note: Some people prefer hot water and mint only with no black tea added.
