Small New Red Potatoes & Parmesean Cheese


Ingredients

12-15 small new red potatoes, enough for your company
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesean Cheese
2 tblsp parsley, chopped fine


Procedure

Half the potatoes. Steam the potatoes until they are tender. Drain well. Toss with salt, pepper, olive oil, and parmesean cheese. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve as an accompaniment with your evening meal.
